Great commercial — a little sad, but definitely memorable. They always say that to pull at the purse strings you need to aim for the heart strings, so if that's true then this is pure gold for John Lewis.

The funny thing is, I had never even heard of John Lewis before this and from what I can tell they basically own the retail world in the UK. Thanks for posting and for always giving us all good stuff with this blog.
